Joe is a dedicated and passionate drum teacher with a strong background in both live performance and tuition. As the drummer for The Friedrichs, a Medway-based garage rock band, he regularly performs at venues across London and the South East, including established stages such as the O2 Islington and The Marquis in Covent Garden. This live experience allows him to bring real-world musical insight into his teaching, helping students understand not just technique, but how to apply it in a band and performance setting.

Alongside his performing work, Joe has been teaching drums to students of varying ages and abilities, developing a patient and adaptable teaching style. He focuses on building solid fundamentals such as timing, coordination, and technique, while also encouraging creativity and musical expression.
