Pupils who are in receipt of Pupil Premium Funding are eligible to receive a discounted rate for Sound Roots Music Clubs at Balfour Infant School. If you select 'Yes' your child's name will be cross-referenced with the school's records and eligible pupils will be charged £7 per 45 minutes. (Balfour Infant School / Sound Roots cannot accept financial responsibility if this question is answered incorrectly, though we will do everything we can to ensure funding is applied appropriately to any student who qualifies for it)

Since Sound Roots is an external supplier of services to your child's school, we need to ensure GDPR protocols are met. As such, Sound Roots needs to share some basic data (pupils' names and classes) with your child's school in order to facilitate timetabling lessons etc. This information is never made public, it is only known to Sound Roots, the school administrative staff and yourself. We may also include your child's name in a printed / online format (e.g. in a Concert Programme). Sound Roots will only include your child's first name on public materials in order to comply with GDPR protocols. Your personal data will never be shared with any other party. You may contact us at any time to ask what data we are keeping and how it is being used.
